This work has introduced a hybrid approach that minimizes the memory requirement in antenna array calibration. Impressive data compression ratios were demonstrated which provide significant savings in storage requirement and computational complexity. It should be noted that the approach allows antenna engineers to choose an arbitrary number of calibration points without the need for additional full-wave solutions.
