A Universal Approach for Generating Electromagnetic Response over a Wide Band Including Very Low Frequencies

In this paper we propose a universal technique that covers the entire frequency range of interest, including the limiting case of frequency f->0. The method is based on analytic continuation of the results derived at higher frequencies by using the Dipole Moment (DM) method and related techniques.
