A fast and accurate method based on infinitesimal dipole modeling (IDM) approach for designing aperiodic antenna arrays is presented. Invasive Weed Optimization (IWO) algorithm is employed to find both the infinitesimal dipole models and the aperiodic array. Simulation results show the efficiency of the presented method.
