Modeling of Dual-Polarized Frequency Independent Antennas

Modeling, analysis and design of planar dual-polarized frequency independent antennas using method of moments code FEKO are discussed in this paper. Specifically, sinuous and modulated arm width spirals are considered. Near-field and far-field antenna parameters are computed and unique multi-mode features are demonstrated.
