Online technical support is available to all users of FEKO. The support is email based and can help with all questions relating to the use of FEKO.  Models that users share with a support engineer are automatically treated as confidential and will under no circumstance be made available to a third party without obtaining the customer's consent.  Non-disclose agreements can be entered into for customers who wish to treat their information with a formal undertaking of confidentiality.

Support engineers and sales representatives are located across the world in an effort to provide rapid support in local languages and venues.
